Hello! I’m a writer based in New York City.
I earned an Oregon Collegiate Journalism Award for my first feature, “What else can I do but go on dreaming?,” which was published in the Portland State Vanguard in 2018.
From 2018 to 2021, I wrote and edited stories about pop culture and current events for BUST magazine, in print and online. From 2019 to 2021, I worked as a music journalist for Portland’s Pulitzer-winning, alt-weekly newspaper, Willamette Week. I have written lifestyle features for Medscape (WebMD’s site for healthcare professionals) since 2021.
I’ve also written blog posts and advertorials for brands and events including Aura Frames, Suntory Whisky, and the New York City Wine & Food Festival.
I love cats, carbs, beautiful cinematography, and comedy from my native Great Britain. (I also love alliteration.)
